UK team attempts steam car record

The British attempt at breaking their own land speed record may be gearing up, but the attempt to break the land speed for the fastest steam-powered car, the longest held speed record, which was set in 1906, is already under way, with the Brits again trying to take the title.

Update: the attempt is on hold due to mechanical difficulties.
