Buy second-hand MP3s

It seems the music industry is already going through some of the issues I mentioned in my recent post on the future of digital books. Looks they'll have the technology to stop multiple sales and keeping a copy of the MP3 and selling one is no different to someone buying a CD, ripping it and selling it on.
